JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Be in charge of managing sales of the Sales Team following business unit targets:

  • Meet all sales targets and goals.

  • Oversee sales activities aimed at increasing revenue.

  • Ensure the presence of correct, sufficient, and attractive product displays in sales channels.

  • Coordinate the training of the Sales Team to boost performance.

  • Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance and metrics.

2. Supervise & maintain customer relationships:

  • Approach and visit customers to introduce products and understand their needs.

  • Create good relationships with customers.

  • Answer potential customers' questions and follow up via calls.

  • Analyze and evaluate customer potential based on collected data (products, markets, technologies).

3. Recruit, manage & train sales staff:

  • Build a motivated and enthusiastic sales team.

  • Supervise, support, and push employees to meet targets and display goals.

4. Support development of business & distribution strategies:

  • Plan for new product/category development.

  • Build appropriate distribution channels and teams to match business needs.

5. Other business support duties:

  • Monitor sales contracts and process orders.

  • Track and ensure timely customer payments.

  • Coordinate and follow up on accounts receivable (AR).

6. Other tasks assigned by superiors.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Education background:

  • University, College, or Vocational school degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.

Working Experience:

  • At least 02 years of experience in a Sales Supervisor role.

Competency:

  • Computer skills – Level A.

  • English communication – Level B.

  • Selling skills.

  • Problem-solving skills.
