Analyze market needs, industry trends, and competitors, and propose ideas for new products.
Develop new product plans from concept to completion.
Oversee brand marketing activities: planning, implementation, budget management, performance measurement.
Work with the sourcing department to execute product ideas and packaging production.
Create content for media channels: PR articles, events scripts, develop content and social media channels.
Interact and interview experts, KOLs/KOCs, influencers, and customers; coordinate with filming, photography teams.
Coordinate with departments such as sales, creative, digital marketing to ensure brand consistency.
Assess market feedback, competitors' activities, propose communication ideas for each campaign.
Assist Manager in other assignments.
1-2 years of experience in a similar role; cosmetic experience is a plus.
General knowledge of Marketing: planning, implementation, coordination.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Basic conversational English: Speaking & Writing.
Communication, Negotiating & Problem-Solving Skills.
