Design and create logos, brand identity systems, product packaging/labeling, social media ads, KV, POSM, mockup stores/products.
Propose ideas, design direction, and concepts.
Generate creative ideas and develop the company’s design platforms.
Create concept directions, visuals, and mood boards.
Assist in building shooting plans/storyboards for production tasks like TVCs, key visuals, shooting concepts, lookbooks, etc.
Execute and propose decoration ideas, product display concepts, and basic styling for product photography.
Participate in on-site creative activities during photoshoots and video commercials.
Research consumer behavior insights through image perspectives (trends, visual communication methods, image message optimization).
Plan, take responsibility for quality, and ensure deadlines for assigned work.
Report progress timely to the department head on tasks being executed.
Propose and contribute visual ideas for the company and clients’ weekly/monthly creative content.
Assist Manager in other assignments.
College/University degree in Design/Marketing/Communication or equivalent graphic design certification.
Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an advertising company.
Proficient in design and image editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and familiar with video editing/motion graphics.
Strong creative visual thinking, flexible color sense, good aesthetics, and rich design ideas.
Photography, basic video shooting, and good image processing skills are a plus.
Good communication skills and high initiative.
Ability to work independently and in teams.
Good project planning and time management skills.
Adaptive and quick to learn.
Basic English communication skills (Speaking & Writing).
